Download Phone Call Transcripts

On the RC App, we noticed the ability to download the summary/notes of a phone call, but no way to download the actual transcript. Also, when logging into RC via browser as a super admin, we can download all the audio recordings, but cannot download transcripts or summaries.

How can we download the actual transcript on the mobile app?
How can we download the transcript AND/OR the summary through the browser as super admin?

Hi @WFS-KarenH,

Directly exporting or downloading full call transcripts on the mobile app or through the browser as a Super Admin is currently not available in RingCentral. While AI call summaries/notes can be copied and audio files can be downloaded, native transcript export files are not yet supported in those views.

Since this functionality isn't natively built in yet, the best next step is to submit a Feature Request on the RingCentral Ideas Portal. Our product managers review these submissions regularly to help prioritize upcoming app and admin portal enhancements!
