Download Phone Call Transcripts
On the RC App, we noticed the ability to download the summary/notes of a phone call, but no way to download the actual transcript. Also, when logging into RC via browser as a super admin, we can download all the audio recordings, but cannot download transcripts or summaries.
- How can we download the actual transcript on the mobile app?
- How can we download the transcript AND/OR the summary through the browser as super admin?
