Extensions assinged "Standard User" Role able to receive incoming International Calls ?

In order to both place and receive international calls, International Calling must be enabled for the user’s extension. Without this feature enabled, users will not be able to receive incoming international calls, regardless of their assigned role (e.g., Standard).
