Feature Request: Turn off E911 Alert When Dialing Starts (Disable by user)

Can we have the feature to disable by user the E911 alert? It appears to pop up everytime the app starts and you go to dial out to someone. It adds that extra step before a user goes to dial and can be obtrusive most of the time. If I can disable by user, it would be helpful. Thanks!
