Most of our staff use the RingCentral app on either desktop PC or MacBook. Some of them would like to receive notifications on their smart watches.

Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible if you install the RingCentral app on your phone. 🙂

Good morning

thank you for your answer. They already have the RingCentra app on their phone, but can’t get the notifications on their smartwatches.

Is there a specific setting we need to look for?

I believe it depends on the watch brand and model. You can try enabling notification mirroring using the steps below:

For Apple Watch

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Scroll down to Mirror iPhone Alerts From.
  4. Find the app and toggle it On.

For Galaxy Watch / Wear OS

  1. Open the wearable management app on your phone (such as the Galaxy Wearable app).
  2. Go to Watch Settings > Notifications > App Notifications.
  3. Locate the app and make sure notifications are enabled.

Once notification mirroring is enabled, notifications from the app should also appear on your smartwatch.
