Global Contacts

This won't get picked up, nothing seems to get picked up with RingCentral ideas.

An admin should be able to save contacts for all users. Having each user import a CSV is not the best way to do this. I would have to go to over 40 users computers to ensure it's done right. Global contacts IS A MUST.
