How Delete Messages on my Physical RingCentral Phone from a previous rep-have no idea what her pin or sign on was

I use the app instead of the phone but I still have a physical phone from the previous administive assistant that has about 75+ calls on it in her name. I have no idea what her sign on was or pin. Is there anyway I can delete these all on my physical phone. They do not show up in my app as it’s under my name not hers but the phone is still listing her name and all the messages.

Hey, was this previous admin assistant also the admin of the RingCentral account or is there someone else in the office that manages that?
