How do I stop getting calls when I'm not working

How do I stop getting Ring Central calls when I'm not working? I've tried putting my phone on "do not disturb”, turning Ring Central notifications off in my phone settings, and creating focus groups on my iPhone to not have Ring Central notifications come on. Nothing works what do I do??
