How to identify abandoned calls in RingCentral Integration with Salesforce

Hi support team,

 

  1. How can I identify the abandoned calls in RingCentral Integration with Salesforce?
  2. I can see the call data has been recorded in the Task and Activity objects in Salesforce. It seems like the “Call Type” in Task. What are the unique values that RingCentral populates for this field? Currently I see:
  • Answered
  • Connected
  • Disconnected
  • Hung up
  • Missed
  • No Answer
  • Wrong Number

Are these all available values? Any other values that RingCentral Integration could populate? Is there any guidance or reference?
