How To Keep Desktop Application from "Ringing" For Calls

When RC Meetings and RC Phone were separate applications, I would keep RC Phone closed so that my desktop wouldn't ring, just my phone would on incoming calls. Now that they are combined, I can't keep my desktop from ringing, even when I am in the middle of an RC Meeting. It's extremely annoying and embarrassing to try and figure out how to shut off the call, mute myself, send the call to voicemail, etc. Maybe this is something in settings I can't seem to find?
