How to mute or pause other computer sounds (podcasts / music) sounds on the computer when a call comes in to the desktop app.

The old RingCentral Softphone would mute (and pause) podcasts, Spotify, etc. when answering a call. There's an option to choose this here: https://support.ringcentral.com.au/s/article/RingCentral-Phone-Desktop-Reduce-Mute-Other-Sounds-Windows-During-Call But it got dropped out of the new release of the "RingCentral app".

UPDATE: Never mind. I see now there's a period encoded at the end of that link. Removing that got the URL to work.
