How to Prevent Accidental Call Hang-Ups with Cheek?
Our team members, using both iPhones and Androids, keep accidentally hanging up calls with their cheeks. Since this happens across both device types, I don’t think it’s a proximity sensor issue.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to prevent this?
