HUD we been using that for training and monitoring calls why is this option not in new app??

Wow, these posts are from 3 & 4 years ago and still no update on this. Many of us reeeeally need this feature updated in the actual RC app as this is our go to for making and taking calls so we should be able to monitor calls from here as well.
