I can only hear prompt before my voicemail not actual voicemails

All my voicemails are saying this instead of letting me hear the actual voicemail, "To accept press one to send a voicemail press two to hear the phone number press three".

@Eryn Severino, to clarify, are you trying to access your voicemails? In which way are you trying to? Is it in the web portal, RingCentral app, or email?
