incoming calls can't hear anything both ways.

All day today incoming calls to me using the ring central soft phone app, I can't hear anything. I hang-up and call the person right back and works fine. any suggestions?

Hi Steve, you may have to check if your internet has a stable connection. You can also try to uninstall-reinstall your app. If the issue is still the same, please open a Tech Support ticket.
