Incoming calls are going to voice mail and those get sent to my cell phone, I need the calls to go to my cell phone.
About half of the incoming calls hang up when asked to leave a message, and Im losing potential business.

That’s an easy one - RC has taken hiding these fields/options down multiple layers of screens - so let’s see if I can recall the navigation:
In your Admin panel, go to Users - then bring up your extension.
Click - Phone - Incoming Call Rules - then down a bit - Incoming Calls.
Scroll down a bit to ‘Ring Settings’ and there you’ll see the devices/apps where calls are going. At the bottom of that list is an ‘Add Number or Coworker’
Add in your cell to that - save it - but then comie back to the Ring Setting:
There you can sete the number of rings for each device. One note there is that your cell may go to voicemail before the rings are finished - adjust accordingly.
Also, just curious - you have the RC app on your phone? If not, add it - then you’ll get it when it first hits the RC system.
