Interactive Audible Voice/Number Pad Phone Survey

What is a good Interactive Audible Voice/Number Pad Phone Survey set up? From my knowledge RC doesn't have it, you can use Zapier as a middleware, but other apps it feeds into is all text based. I know I've seen systems that tell me to stay on the line after the call to take a survey, but it's always voice or phone pad interactive. Nothing that requires me to go to some website to fill out something. Survey Monkey from my understanding doesn't have voice or phone pad interactive. Only forms.
