Intercom tone

Is there a way to turn off the intercom tone? Some staff members claim it is too startling and would be easier not to have one.

Hi! There is no option to disable or customize the intercom tone on your RingCentral portal, but there might be an option to customize it in the SIP settings depending on the make and model of your desk phone.
