Keyboard shortcuts do not work in the RingCentral App?

Hiya,

I was looking for shortcuts on how to end calls without having to click and found this guide -

But none of the shortcuts work. When I click the gear icon too there is no option to rebind keys relating to the phone system, only the messaging and chat functions.

Is there a way to do this or was it removed from the app?
