Managing multiple RingCentral accounts is exhausting, is there a better way?

Please tell me I’m not alone here.

My husband and I manage multiple RingCentral accounts for different clients/teams, and the workflow is honestly exhausting, constant logging in and out, multiple browsers open, and way too many “wait, which account am I in?” moments.

It feels way more manual than it should be in 2026.

Are people really switching accounts like this all day, or is there a better workflow/tool I’m missing?

I get sick and tired of logging in multiple browers, client, admin, reporting for a single account, cant imagine having to manage more than 1.

There is no great solution with RingCentral, but I can offer 2 options. Both still require that you have unique email addresses for each account, which I do via ‘plus addressing’ (works on Google or Microsoft 365 email accounts).

Option 1 - start with one account at https://accounts.ringcentral.com and add other accounts to the list from that interface. I did this for a short while but occasionally ran into issues with MFA. I still did Ctrl+Shift+click to open the portal in an incognito window.

Options 2 (what I do) - use plus addressing for each account, but use a password manager such as 1Password or Keeper Security to maintain your logins. I enable my password manager extension in my Incognito windows so I can still log in and out of the accounts separately.
