need to forward an extension to outside toll free number

In my multi-level IVR I cannot figure out how to add an outside toll-free number to the list so I can forward calls to that number when the user presses a certain extension

Hi Curtis,In multi-level IVR, there is no option to add a direct external number for call forwarding. What you can do is create a User Extension, make an Unconditional Forwarding Rule under Custom Rules, then add the Toll Free number from there, once added, assign the User Extension as one of the Key Presses for the IVR Menu created.You may check these links below on how to do the setup.Add User Extensions Without an Assigned Phone on the RingCentral AccountUnconditional ForwardingHope this helps!
