When we create a new contact the desktop app seems to not show the contact for a day or 2. While it updates right away in the mobile app.
If we completely exit the desktop app and reopen it, it will update with the new contacts.
Is there any other solution, so the desktop app will update contacts right away like the mobile app?

When a user adds a new contact and needs it to appear immediately, they don't need to exit the app. They can simply click anywhere inside the desktop window and press:
Windows: Ctrl + R
Mac: Cmd + R
This triggers a soft reload of the interface, instantly pulling all newly created contacts from the cloud in about two seconds.
