Our phones are down, customer service isnt answering

When we place calls we just get a weird sound and then a busy signal.  Same thing happens when we call in.  Is there an outage?

      Same here. On https://status.ringcentral.com/, it says to “please reach out to customer care,” but the chat feature doesn’t work and the number to call is busy.

        We can place calls but cannot receive them.
