Phone calls not coming though on bluetooth

Calls not connecting in car when car is using phone as media source

android Note 10, blue tooth to Ford F150, when truck is using audio source set to phone, the call will come through, and ring, but if I hit connect on either phone or car display the call drops.

IF i have media source on the truck set to radio, the call will come in, and be displayed, but when I connect it comes through fine over truck blue tooth.
