Presence in Limited Extension

Please add a feature request in idea forum or vote an existing idea here if you think this is similar to your requirement

That's one of the limitations of a limited extension. A workaround would be to create a favorite on the phone itself (depending phone make/model) or rebuild the limited extension as a full user.
