Rearrange HUD Extension List??

In the HUD you used to be able to go to the Extensions and rearrange the contacts using the 6 dots to the left of the contact. I can pick up and drag but the contact goes back to where it is on the list. Is there something the admin needs to do or did Ring Central update something and they will only be in there the way they are added?
