RingCentral work calls show on iPhone carrier call history clogging up my personal contacts and adding to iPhone. I need ability to disable linking my call log with ringcentrals please.

Hey Bradford, that's because you have Integrated Calling turned on. If you turn it off, you will no longer see those calls in your personal Call History

I’m also have the same issue and the article provided by saadet (thank you for that) is no longer available. Would any have the solution, or an article that gives the solution? Thanks in advance

Hi @h_nesca,

You can follow these steps to turn off integrated calling on your mobile for the RingCentral app:

Open the RingCentral app.
Select your profile on the top left of the page.
Go to Phone > scroll down under General settings and look for Integrated calling, then toggle it off.
