Remove Notification Email Address Not in User Profile - Where is it hiding?

Hello,

We have an email address that is receiving notifications whenever a call/fax is received. However, this email address is not the one that is listed in the user settings for any of the users. Is there any other page within the Admin Panel where we might find and remove this email address? Thanks!
