Rename Participant in Video Meeting

I am trying to Rename participants who join my RC Video and I am not able to. I was able to do this when using RC Meeting very easily. Sometimes a person dials in and I want to put up their name instead of their number, or there are two people who sign in as Jack and I want to add a last initial to differentiate, etc.
