Ring Central / Cisco phone click to call?

We have the Ring Central Cisco phone, is there no way to hit call on the PC Ring Central app and have the Cisco phone initiate the call instead of calling directly from the PC app?

You may be referring to the Call Switch feature. This option is not available from app to deskphone, but only from desktop app to the mobile app. Submit a feature request for this at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.
