Ring central interfering with sensehq

We use Sensehq along side RC as our primary application for texting, but after TCR registration we are unable to send text messages. Sense is requesting we send over a LOA to RC, but we do not know who to send it to and need this fixed urgently.

Our company does the same and we are having the exact issue you are after our TCR campaign was approved. You had this issue a year ago, how did you get it resolved?

Sense told me that we could not text from RC and Sense on the same line. Do you know if that is true? This has created a huge problem for the company and our staff.
