Ring Central Muting Team

While using the Ring Central extension, some members of the team who use AirPods to take calls are experiencing that if they are on a Teams call and receive an RC call, it mutes their teams unless they log out. 

I’ve asked them to use a different headset in the meantime, but wanted to report the bug.
