RingCentral app is not updating with new calls or voicemail

Our RingCentral app is not accurately displaying incoming or missed calls. This has been happening for a couple days now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the app and logged out and back in several times. I've checked all the settings and nothing is out of the ordinary. Is anyone else seeing this type of behavior from the desktop app?
