Ringcentral App not importing contact info correctly.

Whenever I import my client contact list to the Ringcentral App for iPhone, it changes my client's dates of birth, or any other important dates I've saved for them. Like, if their date of birth is July 4, 1976, the Ringcentral App will change it to July 3, 1976. How do I fix this?
