That is true, I could just keep the one master file. Thanks for that small piece of info I just missed!

I’m on another thread in a different tab about the “ignore” function while in a call queue, and it is 4 years old with no improvements, so I’m not too sure about RC improving this. Adding from the app would be amazing! But I would also settle for just being able to manually add them from the admin portal without uploading a .csv
