Just seeing if there is any new information in Ring Central about stopping robo and spam calls.Ā We have some users that just a ton of them even though I toggled on the ārobo-callā setting. I know everyone has to deal with this, but just curious if there were any updates.

The short answer seems to be āNoā.Ā Iāve toggled all anti-robo call settings including blocking any call with blocked caller ID.Ā Nothing inherent in the RingCentral System stops these spoofed spam calls from foreign gangs of spammers.Ā a Google search indicated there were addons to the RingCentral system that would help but I canāt find any evidence of additional capabilities or addons when I search RingCentralās site.Ā If we canāt get this to be dramatically reduced, we will have to start looking for another phone vendor.
