Stop Call Recordings from Expiring?

I keep searching for call recordings that are over two months old and finding that they aren't showing up. Do I have to manually pull all of these monthly or what's the deal? I purchased unlimited data storage for the call recordings through RingCentral but it doesn't appear to be working.
