Turn Off Email Notificaions

To turn off email notifications for calls and texts, you generally need to log into the RingCentral Online Account (Admin Portal) rather than the mobile or desktop app itself.

Since you are dealing with hundreds of texts a day, these emails can quickly flood your regular inbox. Here is the fastest way to disable them:

1. The Direct Way (User Extension)

1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account.

2. In the top right, make sure the dropdown is set to My Extension (if you are an admin, you might see "Admin Portal" instead).

    

3. Click the Settings tab at the top.

    

4. On the left-side menu, select Notifications.

5. Click the Messaging Notifications section to expand it.

    

6. Uncheck the boxes under the Email column for:

   • Voicemail Messages

   • Received Faxes

   • Missed Calls

   • Received Text Messages

7. Click Save at the bottom.
