Unpublished extension?

I'm new, so maybe I just do not see it...but how can I make sure an extension does NOT show in the Ring Central app list of extensions? This is a security issue.

Hi Kathy, there is no option to hide an extension in the RingCentral app. It will appear as one of the company contacts.
