Upgrade firmware on Polycom VVX phones

Hi, how would we go about upgrading the firmware on our Polycom VVX 250 desk phones. I've tried the Poly Web Configuration utility but I need a correct admin password. The default does not work. A scan is showing the jsQuery software is out of date. Thanks

Try logging into via URL to the address of your phone with the user as "admin" and the password as "qwe!@#123" (obviously without the quotes). That password worked for me when 456 or 789 had failed.
