User on vacation

I have a user in RingCentral that has a licensed number and is going on vacation for a week. During that time period another employee needs to make phone calls from that number what do I do to make that available to the user who only has an extension but not a license number?

To allow an extension-only user (without a paid DigitalLine or phone number license) to make calls using another user’s number is through Call Delegation.

This feature allows a user (the “Delegate”) to access another user’s line (the “Owner”) and make or receive calls on their behalf.
