Using Private Park without HUD

There is currently no way to use or access Private Park locations in the desktop app without turning on the Heads Up Display (HUD).

In the RingCentral desktop app, Park Locations are built to function exclusively within the HUD interface. Unlike physical desk phones that can assign park slots to hardware keys, the desktop app relies on the HUD as the sole interface to display real-time park status and provide the active "Park" and "Pickup" buttons. Without HUD enabled, the app has no UI element to view or retrieve calls placed in those private locations.

If having Private Park access outside of the HUD is something that would improve your workflow, I recommend submitting a feature request directly on the RingCentral Ideas Portal. Our product team actively monitors the portal to see what features users want most for future app updates!
