When on a conference call, my Jabra Evolve3 85 can't end the call.

Hi,

I’m new to RingCentral and I bought an HID Jabra Evolve3 85 to pair with my Mac so I could answer and end calls and have more control on the desktop app. However the problem has arisen that I cannot end a call if there is more than one person on the call. I have an AI notetaker app that gets added into a lot of my calls and it’s annoying that I can’t just double tap to end the call. Any advice?
