Where to find shared contacts in RC App?

Hello, followed the procedure to upload shared contacts. It was successful.  I can find the contact when searching online, but cannot find in the RingCentral Windows App.  I logged out and back in hoping it would sync, but still no new shared contacts.  I do have Outlook Sync enabled and hope that is not why.
