Hi All,
One of our RC users getting the error on her RC desktop application "can not place or receive calls. an application has lost connection to the Ringcentral service".
She can not make/ receive calls.
Please let us know how can we t.shoot this.

+2This appears to be the RingCentral Phone app which we have retired.
I would recommend upgrading to the new RingCentral app.
