When sending a fax, how do I change my From Name?

I'm using a Sandbox application to send faxes. When I receive the fax using my test fax receiver (i.e. faxbetter.com) I see a from name at the top of the page.

Where in RingCentral can I set this From Name? My exploration had yielded no success.

I don't think that you can customize the from name value unless you change your first and last name from your user info in your account online service portal.

We might be one step closer.

Unfortunately, upon signing into the account online service portal, I'm taken to this Access Forbidden Page https://service.ringcentral.com/login/swAccessForbidden.html
