Yes! The call queue can receive messages. However, you have to log in using the direct number of the Call Queue and password of it. You can enable it through the email you added on the call queue if the call queue doesn't have a password yet.

Can the text sent to a call queue be sent/forwarded to the individual members Ringcentral ios app in this call queue?

No, unless someone will log in to the call queue extension and manually forwarded it to the people in the queue. The text message will be sent to the call queue, not to the individual member of the queue.

Hi Jenn, I want to do this but we have SSO setup on our account. How do you login in using the direct number of the Call Queue and its password when SSO is enabled? I get this error message: "Your account is enabled for Single Sign-on. Please use Single Sign-on to sign in with your company credentials." But of course there is no SSO credential for a Call Queue direct number. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
