SAML Metadata File Fails - Sandbox SSO Setup

Hello All,

I'm attempting to setup SSO in our Sandbox. We have SSO working just fine in our Prod environment, which is SAMLv2.0 with AzureAD as the IDP.

Problem I'm having is during the Metadata file import (File Upload method). The error returned is "Fail to import metadata. Make sure you use valid metadata from your identity provider and try again. "

The metada file is valid, but our Sandbox SSO Config upload seems to have a problem with it.

How should I proceed? Can a support ticket be submitted for a Sandbox?

They will help you in resolving the issue
