Question

How to get calls to go straight to voicemail

I am trying to send the calls straight to the bosses voicemail so she doesn't have to hear the phone ring if she doesnt want to take the call. I use grandstream and ut's not working

    No, you can't do that unless your boss sets her call handling to do so.
