RingCentral dashboard API - How to get Queue Monitor and Service Level data

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the API for the RingCentral Live Reports feature: 


I would like to get the following info from the RingCentral Dashboard: 

1. Queue monitor (I need to know if value of callers in the queue is > 0 )
2. Service Level % (I need to know if the queue is below, at or above the stated % threshold)

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Hi Stan,

We don't have a Live Reports API just yet but we are considering this. Thanks for providing us your use cases. We don't have a date on when we can provide this yet but when we have additional information, we'll post it here.
