We’re using RingCX embeddable from the RingCentral Git (https://github.com/ringcentral/engage-voice-embeddable/tree/master/docs)
Everything works well with one exception - when logged in, agents can manage their own queues, and that’s been disabled in the main RC admin dash. How can we make the widget respect the main RC permissions? This is a huge issue and needs to be fixed ASAP. Any help is appreciated.
